Publishing your product data

Once your product data has been uploaded in bulk, you can choose which items to make publicly visible in the Canoa catalog.

The 'Publish' field must be checked for a product to be published

How to Publish a Product

  1. Navigate to your product list.

  2. In the Publish column, check the box next to any product you want to make public.

  3. Once your selection is complete, click the Publish button.

The selected products will now be visible in the public catalog.

How to Unpublish a Product

To remove a product from the public catalog:

  1. Select the product(s) you'd like to unpublish.

  2. Click the Unpublish button.

The product(s) will remain in your private database but will no longer be visible to catalog users.

🛠️ Note: Only brand accounts have access to the publishing feature.
