How to switch between accounts

If you are a user in multiple accounts on Canoa, this article will teach you how to switch or toggle between your various accounts.

If you have signed up for your own account on Canoa and have been added as a user to other Canoa accounts, you will be able to easily select and switch between those accounts while logged into the platform.

1. Sign into Canoa.

2. View the account switcher at the top right corner of your screen where you see your account name.

3. Select the drop-down menu.

4. Type in the name of the account you would like to work out of, and then click on the account to switch to it.

The account switcher is located at the top right of the app.

View the accounts you are a part of here.

If you are only a part of one account on Canoa, then you will not see this account switcher in the upper right corner of the app. The account switcher is only viewable if you have access to multiple accounts.
