How to edit and view billing information

This article will show you how to edit and view your payment method and invoice history for your account.

Note: Only account Admins can view and manage plans and billing.

If you notice something unexpected in your invoice, check to see how many users you have in your account and which account plan you are subscribed to in the Team page on the navigation bar within the Usage window. Contact support@canoa.supply for additional support.

Canoa Billing Basics

  1. Pro and Studio accounts are billed monthly. Enterprise accounts are billed on an annual agreement.

  2. You are billed per user. So if you have five users in your Pro account, you'll be charged $175 ($35 x 5) every month.

  3. Be mindful of the Usage limits of your Plan.

    • Starter = 1 user; 2 canvases

    • Pro = 5 canvases per user; 100 custom products per user in My Catalog

    • Studio = Unlimited canvases per user; 1,250 custom products per user in My Catalog

    • Need more usage? You can upgrade anytime on the Team page.

  4. If you would like to downgrade or cancel your subscription, reach out to support@canoa.supply at least five business days before your next scheduled payment or avoid being charged.

    • Only admins can make a cancellation request.

    • Downgrading or cancelling your subscription will result in a loss of access to your Canoa work.

See your plan and billing details

  • Go to the Team page in your left-side navigation bar.

  • Under Subscription, you'll see your account settings, your account usage (number of Canvases, billable users, and number of custom products), and which plan you're on (Starter, Pro, Studio, or Enterprise).

  • Click Payment Method and Invoice History to view your billing details. You'll be asked to enter in your email associated with your account. An email will be sent to your inbox to provide access to view your payment method and invoice history.

  • Under Users, you'll see all the users that belong to your account.

Update your payment method & billing information

  • Go to the Team page in your left-side navigation bar.

  • Click Payment Method to edit your billing details. You'll be asked to enter in your email associated with your account. An email will be sent to your inbox. Click that email to edit and update your payment method and associated billing information.
