# Working with Designer Pages

### Step 1: Launch Designer Pages

* Open a folder in **Designer Pages.**
* Select the products you wish to bring into **Canoa**.

### Step 2: Export Data

* Select `Excel Export`.
* Select `Product Data`.
* You may want to add additional data before exporting.

### Optional\* Step 3: Open a spreadsheet program

* Open the exported CSV in Excel, GoogleSheets, Airtable or your preferred spreadsheet program to update fields to match Canoa’s format.

{% hint style="info" %}
**Important note:** Delete Designer Pages **Product ID**. This will cause an error during importing as Canoa gives a Product ID to each product when first imported.
{% endhint %}

* Refer to the [**Product Data Template**](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1jBbhwIQ2Jj5Z14_8MdPvxC8uDidg-GK8shcYdoMLFXs/edit?gid=245220932#gid=245220932) for approved fields.

Highlighted columns have be updated with Canoa approved field names.

* Now, download (export) the updated spreadsheet to a CSV file.

### Step 4: Launch Canoa

* Open a Canvas (shown below) or Catalog Pro
* Upload the CSV file into Canvas or Catalog Pro.
* Match the fields in the CSV from Designer Pages with the Canoa provided fields.

{% hint style="info" %}
If you complete Step 3, the fields will automatically match and populate once imported.

* Once imported, you will be prompted to add the product cards to the Canvas.
* The products will be automatically saved to your Catalog for use time and time again.
