When you first sign up for a Canoa account, you will be prompted to create your first Canvas where you will be able to integrate your Pinterest account with your Canoa account. This workflow allows you to easily collect, add, and design with your pins as products directly inside your Canvas, keeping your collections all in one place.
Create a Canoa account for free.
Click Import your Pins
when you first sign in.
Authorize the Canoa App to have access to your Pinterest account.
Choose which Pinterest board to select your pins from.
Select your pins to bring into Canvas.
There is a limit of 100 pins per import. There is no limit on how many imports, just 100 pins at a time.
Click Import
in the bottom right corner of the pop up window.
You'll now be taken to your new, blank Canvas where your pins will import onto the page. After the import is complete, your pins are now automatically saved as products. If you have a Pro, Unlimited, or Custom account, you can also access and refer back to these products in My Catalog at any time. If you have an Individual, free account, you will just be able to access these pins on this Canvas.
You can pull from your Pinterest account any time you are in a Canvas on Canoa. Bringing Pinterest and Canoa closer together helps speed up the inspiration to specification workflow and allows you to collect your favorites from one great tool to another. Here's how:
Sign in to your existing account.
Open a Canvas.
In the top toolbar, click on the Import
icon. Then click Pinterest
.
Authorize the Canoa App to have access to your Pinterest account.

The integration is one-way and not bidirectional.
The pins are imported into Canvas, automatically saved as products in My Catalog, and live on the Canvas. There is no automatic updating that happens from your Pinterest account directly into a Canvas.
To disconnect your Pinterest account, there is a Log Out
button in the Pinterest modal on the top left of the pop out window.
When you log out of your Pinterest account, you can always log back in or into another Pinterest account. The pins you have previously imported into Canvas will not be deleted from that Canvas or My Catalog.
Clicking on the Import
> Pinterest
in the toolbar will open up your boards and pins again if they you have already connected your Pinterest account.
