Canoa is a growing community of designers, architects, and product manufacturers passionate about improving the craft of design. By publishing your products on Canoa, you gain instant discoverability among thousands of designers.

Steps to Become a Published Brand
1. Get Approved as a Publisher
To ensure designers have high-quality product data, we require brands to meet a minimum data standard before publishing.
📌 Approval Requirements:
You must have full, unencumbered rights to any content shared on Canoa.
You must agree to our terms and conditions.
Violators will be banned.
👉 Fill out this questionnaire to apply for approval.
Once approved, your account will be converted to a Publisher account. Until then, you won't be able to publish products.
2. Create Your Account
After approval, sign up at canoa.supply/signup and agree to the terms of use.
🔹 Choosing an Account Name:
Use your business name for easy recognition.
If you manage multiple brands, consider using your parent company’s name.
🛑 Before uploading data, carefully review what you want to publish. Some brands have multiple sub-brands or prefer not to share pricing. Canoa gives you full control over what’s visible, but more complete data leads to better AI-driven recommendations.
3. Connect Your Product Data
Canoa supports manual uploads and automated data connections.
Option 1: Manual Upload (CSV)
📌 Best for brands managing data in spreadsheets. Upload your catalog using a .CSV file (compatible with Excel, Google Sheets, Airtable, etc.).

or .XML
files? Contact support@canoa.supply, and we’ll handle the upload for you.
Option 2: Automated Data Integration
📌 Best for brands using PIMs or cloud databases. Canoa integrates with:
Airtable
Shopify
Akeneo
Google Sheets API
Cloudinary

4. Publish Your Products
Before publishing, run through this final checklist:
✅ Test your catalog – Navigate to your catalog and confirm everything looks correct. ✅ Make any final edits – Adjust product details if needed. ✅ Click Publish – Your products will go live!
⏳ Changes may take up to 24 hours to propagate. You can always unpublish products at any time.
